The kitchen is well-equipped, with the option to dine at the sizable kitchen island, or at the large dining table.  The living room has comfortable seating around a large Roku TV with a Sonos soundbar. The living room and master bedroom both have sliders for access to the private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the water. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds.  Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and plenty of closet space.

 

The unit’s 3rd floor location provides the best and most stunning water views from the spacious balcony. The balcony has tall adirondack chairs, ceiling fans, and sectional seating for the ultimate in comfort. All bookings are done through Tim Kerr Realty, and are subject to approval and confirmation. The Tides at Seaboard Point Condo Association requires a minimum booking of 2 consecutive weeks for all guests.  Rentals are done Saturday to Saturday, with a Check-in time of 3pm, and a Check-out time of 10am. Guest must provide their own sheets and towels.
